In order to ensure the security of our clients' information and to comply with Department and State regulations, all passwords must comply with the following rules:

• Password length must be between 8 and 16 characters
• Password must contain at least 1 alpha character (a-z, A-Z)
• Password must contain at least 1 numeric character (0-9)
• Password must contain at least 1 "special" character (ex. !, $, #, *)
• Password must be changed at least once every 90 days
• Passwords cannot be reused
